Purple carrot, brocoli, coliflour and onion soup finished with brown bread and sprouted chia seeds. 
Recipe
Boil all the veg in water until cooked, add salt, pepper and blend. 
Add a bit of philadelphia cheese if you want it to be creamy. If not its fine how it is. 
Toast some bread, place ontop of the soup with chia seeds i sproted in the week.
