Vegetarian "meatballs" - Albondigas vegetarianas

Recipe:

1/4 of coliflour
100 grams of pumpkin
1 jar of cooked chipeas
half an onion
garlic
wholemeal flour


Boil the coliflour and pumpskin slightly, if u over cook it its to soggie and remember you are going to cook the veggie balls again once mixed together.

Cut the onion small, crush together with the chipeas. Add peper, salt,  garlic, tumeric, curry, cumin, flour and mix together. Once the coliflour and pumpskin is slightly cooked, sieve it and them add to the mix before.
Form balls the size you want and cool in little oil in a pan.

I made a tomatoe sause with onion, garlic, fresh cut tomatoes and poured it over the veggie balls.
